Our Blended First Aid & CPR courses combine the convenience of online learning with the confidence that comes from hands-on, in-person training.
The online portion takes about 7 hours and must be completed before your in-class session. Work through it anytime, at your own pace — no deadlines, no pressure.
When you come to class, the focus is on what really matters: practicing life-saving skills with the guidance of a certified Red Cross Instructor.
Every course follows the latest Red Cross First Aid and CPR standards, meeting federal and provincial requirements — and we go a step further with injury prevention, CPR, and AED content that exceeds basic certification standards.
